> ## Agent Instructions
> Driven is a sales-compensation platform. Use its terminology: Compensation Plan, Compensation, KPI, Manual KPI, User Variable, Quota, Performance, Payout (Draft, Approved, Paid, Cancelled), Correction, Adjustment. Payout types are equal, deferred and advance. Default roles are Admin and Employee; companies can add custom roles. The Driven Agent builds plans from uploaded documents and chat. The Compensation Builder is where compensations are configured.

# Users

> People in Driven come from your CRM or are added by hand. Each person has a status, a role and their own user variables.

**Users & Teams** lists everyone in the company. You need company-wide admin access to open it. The page has two tabs, **Users** and **Teams**.

The summary cards are **Active seats**, **Admins** and **Commissionees**. Search with **Search team members...**, and narrow the list with **Filter role** and **Filter status**.

## Statuses

| Status | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Imported from CRM** | The person was created from a CRM user and has not been invited yet |
| **Invited** | An invite was sent and they have not finished signing up |
| **Active** | They can sign in |
| **Deactivated** | They cannot sign in. Hidden unless you filter for this status |

CRM users are matched to existing people by their CRM identity, then by email. A new CRM user is created as **Imported from CRM** with the Employee role. An inactive user in the CRM becomes **Deactivated**. Someone who already has an account keeps their current status.
