The Driven Agent is a chat assistant in the sidebar. What it can do depends on your role. Admins can build and change compensation plans in the conversation: plans, people, user variables, quotas and compensations. Compensations are created as drafts. You review them in the Compensation Builder and publish them yourself. Everyone else can ask about their own payouts. The agent only sees that person’s data. Open it from Driven Agent in the sidebar, or start a new conversation with New chat. The prompt is How can I help you today?
